ChoosifyAccount and data deletion
You can delete your Choosify account and data at any time.
In the app (recommended, instant)
- Open Choosify and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the ⚙ Settings icon in the top right.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm with your password.
By email
If you cannot access the app, send an email titled "Delete my account" to support@choosifyapp.com from the email address registered to your account, including your username. Your request will be processed within 30 days.
What is deleted?
- Your account, profile, username and profile photo
- Your polls and the photos you uploaded
- Your saved polls, notifications, follow relationships and blocks
What may be kept?
- To keep poll results accurate, your votes remain as anonymous counts that cannot be linked to you.
- Report records may be kept for up to 2 years for safety purposes.
- Direct messages and discussion-room messages you sent may remain in the other participants' conversation history.
