Terms of Use

By using Choosify, you agree to these terms.

1. Parties and service

These terms are between Mehmet Ali Doğan (malido.app), the owner of the Choosify mobile app ("Choosify", "we"), and the person using the app ("user", "you"). Choosify is a social platform where users share two-photo polls, vote, follow each other and send messages.

2. Account and minimum age

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Choosify.
• You must provide accurate information and verify your email address when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. If you notice unauthorized use of your account, contact support@choosifyapp.com.
• Use one account per person. Creating fake or multiple accounts to influence votes is prohibited.

3. Community rules

You may not post, send or do any of the following:

• Nudity, sexual content or any inappropriate content involving children
• Hate speech, profanity, harassment, threats, bullying or content targeting a person
• Content that promotes violence, illegal activity or self-harm
• Unauthorized use of another person's photos, trademarks or copyrighted content
• Sharing other people's personal information (address, phone number, ID, etc.) without permission
• Spam, fraud, or collecting votes with bots or automated tools
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the app, bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access to servers

4. Your content and license

• You keep the rights to the photos, questions and messages you share. You confirm that you have the right to use the content you share.
• By sharing content, you grant Choosify a worldwide, free, non-transferable license to display, reproduce and use it to the extent needed to provide the service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
• Votes on polls may be used as aggregate statistics without being linked to your identity.

5. Sponsored content

Choosify may show sponsored polls published on behalf of brands. These polls are always labeled "Sponsored". Votes on sponsored polls may be shared with the brand only as aggregate results (for example "Option A 62%"), without your personal information.

6. Moderation, reports and account termination

• Every poll and user can be reported from within the app. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.
• We may remove content that violates these rules without notice and suspend the account temporarily or permanently.
• You can block users. You will not see the polls or messages of people you block.
• You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile > Settings > Delete account. Details: Account deletion.

7. Limitation of liability

• Choosify is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Users are responsible for the content they share. Poll results are not advice; you are responsible for your own decisions.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

8. Intellectual property

The Choosify name, logo, design and software belong to Mehmet Ali Doğan (malido.app). They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will announce important changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Kayseri have jurisdiction; your statutory consumer rights are reserved. Questions: support@choosifyapp.com.
